The massage and the heat of the nose are fine. The heat of the heat is not hot or the temperature is high.
The vibration intensity is adjusted in three stages and the temperature is controlled by 40 to 60 degrees. The waist size is also fully adjusted. The cost is OK. The manual is in English.
This is so nice to wear and makes you feel great if you get back pain. Easy to put on and easy to use with decent pain relief, would recommend!
I like that this manages to be a back brace, vibration system and heating system all-in-one without actually being bulky; it feels lightweight and slim, but still sturdy with a decent amount of support too. It also doesn't have that overly "wired" feeling that some heating pads tend to have - this seems to use a different type of method to heat and it works very well. It's simple to use as well since the connected remote has clear indication of each mode change and it gives a read-out of the current temperature too.The heat it's able to produce is very nice - it can be a little slow to start but it eventually builds up to a nice temperature and since this heating brace can be worn closely against your back, it feels very soothing. It's really cosy and does help my back to feel less stiff and agitated. There's also a vibration mode on it too but I found that it's not too effective as a massager since it doesn't realy have any "push" to it. It mostly just gives a slight floaty sensation, almost ticklish, so I usually don't have that on very much. However, I also can't expect too much considering how slim and lightweight it is, but if you wanted to get this soley for the massager than you might want something a bit thicker.I'm happy with it though, and have been using it quite often in these last few weeks - it's really useful during this storm and cold weather I've had lately!
